Farmers Market Nutrition Programs The WIC Farmers Market Nutrition Program FMNP and Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program SFMNP provide WIC recipients and low income seniors with fresh, nutritious, unprepared, locally grown fruits, vegetables, and herbs from approved farmers' in Pennsylvania.
