Happy Birthday to your little sister! For the bones, I purchased the fabric from Joann Fabrics. Sewed them together inside out, leaving a small opening.

I turned them with the right side out and filled them with rice. Good luck and I hope this helps with your party planning 🙂. I purchased the white gable boxes from Hobby Lobby. Be sure that they are the correct size for whatever stuffed animals you are using.

They should be a couple of inches bigger. Provide art supplies, stickers, markers, sequins, glue, etc and let the kids create away. I must not have saved it.

So sorry. It would be pretty easy to make your own. Just measure the wrapper on one of the water bottles you purchased and search for a couple of cute images to add to it.

For my first two garlands, I did the fishing line trick, but this time I purchased a Balloon Strip off of Amazon, and it was the easiest way to create it. I also bought a Balloon Pump to save my lungs. With this many balloons, especially the jumbo ones, it was necessary and worked great!

I really think the secret to a good balloon garland is varying sizes of balloons. I already had the white and blue jumbo balloons on hand for the 4th of July and never ended up using them. The best advice I found is to use the mini balloons to fill in holes in your garland.

You can use glue dots to stick them in and secure them. Funny story, I actually intended to put a 2 foil balloon to the front of the cart and completely forgot.

Oh that would have looked so cute! Please tell me this happens to you too! On the cart, I placed a wood crate that I use all the time.

See how I used it at this Lumberjack party and for St. Inside, the cutest little puppies from Oriental Trading were ready to be taken home to their new fur-ever home. The guests had a lot of fun naming their pups. My older son made those super cute puppy faces out of construction paper above.

Below is a closeup of the plush puppies. Which one would you take home? To decorate our buffet I had a second backdrop printed from Vivyx, and hung it across the window. On each side I used these paw print floor decals.

They went on so easily and came off easily too. I only wish I would have saved the backing to reuse them. For the table I used a white tablecloth and spruced it up with a blue table skirt.

Whether using clever names for the food or finding the perfect appetizer, carrying the puppy party theme into the food is an easy way to incorporate fun party details into your event. For the main course, we decided to do a hot dog bar with lots of fun toppings.

To make it easy, we cooked the hot dogs in a crockpot and then right before the party loaded up several buns. It was amazing and perfect on hot dogs and nachos, which many guests enjoyed putting together. I loved this 3 compartment tray to serve some of the toppings in. It will definitely be used again.

Go get it! Of course dining on food requires something to wash it down. We set up a drinks station on our counter across from the food, which included these cute dog bone cups from Oriental Trading. To kick it up a notch for adults, I had champagne on hand to top it off.

The only thing to be careful of was that the raspberries tended to get sucked up into the spout. Woof, that sure took a lot of fine folks to bring this puppy party together!

The plastic and paper ones. I wanted to create my own version and I came across this website where I thought I would find a step-by-step tutorial on how to create the masks.

Instead of a cake, I decided to make wild animal cupcakes more on that in another post! I also served some circus animal crackers in cute little striped dishes. My mom also has a giant collection of beanie babies from back in the day, so I used a couple of those to fill out the table. Unfortunately, she decided not to nap very long that day, so she was a total grump.

When Rocco and Gigi ran into the playroom and saw the room all decorated for her party, Rocco was the excited one. He immediately ran up and started grabbing at the little toys and finger puppets. Gigi was more reserved and was the most interested in the tiny plastic animals.

Rocco was also game to try on masks, and quickly put on the lion and then the bear masks. Gigi reluctantly let us put the giraffe mask on her.

After awhile, both kids seemed very excited about the decorations and Rocco asked if he could have a cupcake. We wanted Gigi to open her present first, so we went into the back yard so she could open her first bike, a little pink and purple trike.

Once your hat is made and drying, you need to start the bowtie. Cut out the bow tie using scissors or a Gyrcocut. Or you know, little girl dogs could even wear it like a hair bow! Next up on my craft list was an adorable birthday banner. That meant creating free printables for those too.

Fold along the dotted line. Run a thin bead of hot glue down the printed side of the tab and wrap card so the tab overlaps the other end of the hat, fastening it into a cone shape.

Do not worry about the slight hole at the top of the hat. This is intentional to allow the top pom pom to be securely glued in place. Repeat until pom poms are all around the rim of the hat. I placed the hat on a cut to keep it up off the table, otherwise, I probably would have glued it TO the table.
