Although this recipe required multiple pots and pans, it was nice that all the components could cooked simultaneously.

This ensured the meal still came together in a short time. I have a small corner of the pantry where I keep a box of crayons and coloring books. This allows me to have quick access to an activity when needed. Sometimes, this also means the pantry becomes an obstacle course of booby traps.
